I am not Superwoman

Although I really wish I was, and no, not just because I want her ridiculously chiseled guns. I woke up today at 7:30 so I could do a Physique57 DVD workout, a quick run and write a blog post before I had to head into work at the boutique. Well, I didn't finish my post. As much as I try to just shoot from the hip, sometimes I do need to stop and think about what I'm writing, and it just wasn't flowing today.

So no, I'm not Superwoman and I can't get everything done with a snap of my fingers. However, I did write a guest blog over at Ketchup Diaries today! I dished on some of my favorite celebrity reporting experiences. Some of it will be familiar, some of it is new. Head on over the check it outtt!

Tell me: If you could have one superhero power, what would it be?

  1. ooh that's a tough one. It's a toss up between the ability to apparate and time control. I'd really like to be able to apparate (word taken from Harry Potter)...the ability to instantaneously teleport from one place to another. I would totally visit Europe, Australia, and places all over the world on a weekly basis. But if I could control time I could revisit all of my favorite memories, maybe change the way certain scenarios happened and live my life differently over and over....I guess I could travel more that way too.

By the way, I think you are superwoman considering the frequency and quality of your posts! They are always entertaining and I feel like there is something new to read everytime I log on!

  2. Your guest post was awesome girl!! If I could have one superpower I would want the ability to be invisible sometimes! You know...that could definitely come in handy! :)

  3. I want to teleport. It would save so much time and would help me get through a million more things on my to do list! And it would definitely help with my never ending exhaustion. Do you think there's an app for that?

  4. Love the guest post! You are so funny and likeable! I'd say the superpower I want is to be invisible whenever I'd like. I would just move around and be a spy. SO fun!

I hope you have a wonderful Monday!

  5. Time travel seems like fun, but the 120 hours I have invested in LOST tells me that it is probably a bad idea (but we'll see!). Are there limitations on these powers? I would like to have the power to shit money. I could call myself "Money Cheeks" or something.

  8. i've always wanted to fly--with big pretty wings. But i think now as an adult, I would want the power of mind control. telepathy, telekenisis, etc. And why is that we (women i mean) try to be superwoman?? i do shit like this to myself all the time, and its ridiculous! i never hear of men running themselves ragged trying to be superman. maybe its because they can't multitask like at all...

  9. Hmm...I think teleporting gets my vote too! (Nice Harry Potter reference, Beth, I had no idea, ha!) As much as I love people watching, sometimes the subway is just too slow. Especially on the weekends when every train I need to take is NOT running!

And why thanks so much, Andrea! Such a nice compliment, totally makes my day :)

Money cheeks...I like that, G-Dub. Thanks for the follow!
