Which body part do you love the least?

Like how I posed that question in the most positive way possible? For me, it's my arms. No matter how much yoga or perfect military-style pushups I do, my arms (at least in my eyes) will always look too bulky, too flabby, too...everything. It's rare that I will wear a sleeveless top—let alone allow someone take a picture of me in one—but, when my boyfriend Luke offered to snap my pic at a Yankees game last Friday, I pushed my insecurity aside for a few seconds. As soon as the photo was taken though, you better believe I put on my cardigan faster than you can say batwings-from-hell.

I have a major arm obsession, obviously. I notice everyone's arms. In my book, if you have lean, sculpted arms, all is good in the world. I could pass a woman on the street with Michelle Obama's guns and Kirstie Allie's ass and still think she was the skinniest bitch in NYC. Yes, I know, I've got issues.

Tell me, what's your biggest body hang-up? How do you deal?

  1. Legs. I swear I check out girls more than any boy ever does. If a girl's got a nice pair of legs, I'll stare them down from a mile away! I've never had great legs and crave them like crazy!! I try to remember I'm athletic and strong, not super skinny like runway models, but sometimes (always) I crave those tiny heels, sculpted calves and ripped thighs....

  2. I totally feel ya! I have VERY athletic legs. I still remember the time in high school when the boy I liked grab my thigh and said, "Whoa, you have more muscle than I do!" I was mortified. But, I've grown to like my legs more over the years. Being strong really is powerful.

  3. if i see a woman with a small waist line, i can't help myself from staring and wonder if she was a 22 inch lol and yes, arms are a big thing for me though, i used to lift a lot of stuff around the house growing up so i have bigger arms than most; and it is like a total nightmare to have a guy notice them! one guy told me my arms where as masculine as his, i wanted to die right away as i turned beet red! lol

  4. Odessa, I can totally relate! I used to be a swimmer, so I was working out like 3 hours a day and I gained a lot of bulk. The guys on the swim team would make fun of the girls because we were so muscular. I hated it!!!
