It's nice to remind yourself of all your blessings—big and small. Mine:
BIG: Family, Friends, BF, Health
SMALL: Extra-hot lattes, FREE soup, Ice cream, Hangovers sans headaches, Air conditioners that WORK, mani/pedis, Ethan Hawke, Matt Damon, $5 Footlongs.
Oh, and MY STUFF. Duh. And don't you just love that over half my list is food-related? Yep, sounds about right.
Tell me: What are you grateful for?

This is why I love your blog. I was having such a shitty day and eventhough I've already seen the video, it was the perfect to remind me of all the things I'm grateful. Thank you! (among them, my family, my friends and technology- so I can keep in touch with all of them)
ReplyDeleteWow, I just re-read my comment. Sorry for all the typos- just a little glimpse into how my day has been.

ReplyDeleteI love your blog and that video! So cute!
I am grateful for my loving relationship with my mom and brother, genuine friends, and a happy-go-lucky dog.
I'm also grateful for really good espresso, meaningful conversations over really good espresso, sunshine, fresh-out-of-the-oven cookies, laughter, and creamy soft serve!
Mhmm, Ethan Hawke is on my list, too.
ReplyDeleteHmm, let's see... right now I'm grateful for the iced coffee I'm sipping on the love and support of my family.
What an appropriate post for me to read today. I am thankful today for the ability to still be able to exercise!
ReplyDeleteHAHA loved the video.
ReplyDeleteLet's se...I'm grateful for:
- My mom; her cooking, kindness and never ending support.
- My younger sister; who still hugs me every night before bed, even though she's not so little anymore haha.
- My friends; the true and good ones.
- Chocolate chip cookies and coffee.
- Wonderful bloggers (Hi Ellen!) who make me laugh after a bad day.
- Nars blushes
- Kindle; a new book in 60 seconds from the comfort of my own bed.
Cute. But anything Jessica can do, I can do better; I can do anything better than her.
ReplyDeleteYes I can.
Yes I can.
I wonder if her technique would work for me. Right now I attack my own reflection, like a canary.
What a cute video! I hadn't seen that one before! I may have to try that routine in the mornings!
ReplyDeleteI am grateful for my family, friends and husband. Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. The beach. Sweet Tea. And good books!
Aww, glad everyone liked the video and that it brightened your day a bit :)
ReplyDeleteAnd please, Sophia, you never have to apologize for typos on my blog!
Sara, I think I'd have to second out-of-the-oven cookies--how could I have forgotten that?!
